Prices

GENERAL TERMS

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

ㅤ•ㅤMy terms are not exhaustive and they serve as the bare minimum standard.ㅤ•ㅤI reserve the right to refuse your commission for reasons other than breaching these terms.

ORDERING

ㅤ•ㅤPrices, unless altered by sales or special events, can be found on my Commission Information page.ㅤ•ㅤI require you to provide me with a visual reference and a brief description of what you would like. This is to make sure we both understand the scope of your commission and to avoid confusion later on. If you cannot provide a visual reference, a Character Design fee will be added to the price. The same will apply to low quality or poor visual references. I will inform you if a Character Design fee applies for your commission to give you a choice in either accepting the fee or providing better references.ㅤ•ㅤAbstract descriptions such as lyrics and poetry are not acceptable references.ㅤ•ㅤIf a group of people is seeking a commission together, a single individual should contact me directly for it. This is strictly for the benefit of all involved. This individual will be treated as the sole responsible party for payment and information. All updates will be handled through this individual once the invoice is sent to them.ㅤ•ㅤOnce we’ve agreed upon a price an invoice will be e-mailed to you.

PAYMENT

ㅤ•ㅤPayments are only accepted via Paypal, but more options are being explored.ㅤ•ㅤIf you have not received an invoice, payment will not be accepted. All invoices will be sent via e-mail.ㅤ•ㅤIn the event that significant alterations or changes are requested a new invoice may be required before work continues.ㅤ•ㅤYou may request a refund at any time, however, full refunds are only given prior to the work beginning.ㅤ•ㅤIf a commission cannot be completed for any reason whatsoever, whether there are circumstances beyond yours or my control, you will only be billed for the amount of work completed. The rest will be refunded to you and you will be provided with the result of the work done.

CREATION PROCESS

ㅤ•ㅤCommissions are typically completed in the order they were taken, however, some exceptions may occur. Due to the nature of my workflow and client communication, sometimes other projects may reach completion despite being accepted at a later date simply because they require fewer steps, or the clients have responded more quickly.ㅤ•ㅤTurnaround times may vary heavily depending on my personal workload outside of commissions, but the average commission will be completed between 7 and 60 (calendar) days. Expect contact roughly every 7 days after your initial payment until the work has been completed.ㅤ•ㅤRarely do I accept deadlines, but in certain circumstances they are negotiable. If you would like the commission to be finished by a specific date please note the following:ㅤ•ㅤIf a required deadline is closer than 60 days, there will be an additional fee of 10$ USD
ㅤㅤㅤㅤDeadlines closer than 14 days will not be accepted.ㅤ•ㅤYou will be provided with a sketch that needs approval unless otherwise is stated at the time of the commission.ㅤ•ㅤIn-Work updates may be given if I require further input from the client.ㅤ•ㅤRevisions are offered for all works. These revisions are given out between stages of creation, immediately following the sketch approval and before colorwork begins.ㅤ•ㅤAdditional revisions may require extra fees but are less expensive earlier in the process.ㅤ•ㅤOnce the picture has been completed alterations may be requested, but these may be subject to extra fees.

IMAGE RIGHTS

ㅤ•ㅤImage rights remain mine, including any additional profits.ㅤ•ㅤReposting my art is fine as long as my signature and watermark remain.ㅤ•ㅤAlterations are fine, as long as my signature and watermark remain. Please add an additional watermark or notation on the image declaring the alteration (examples can be given if requested.)ㅤ•ㅤI don’t claim rights to the characters featured or the intellectual properties in an image unless otherwise specified.

OTHER

ㅤ•ㅤUntil a time comes where I’m free to work solely on my art and commissions, my work hours will not be discussed publicly.ㅤ•ㅤMy private contact information, beyond my contact e-mail or Discord ID will not be shared with clients.ㅤ•ㅤCommissions with topics that are of questionable nature will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Do not worry about asking. Clients will not be shamed or judged for their interests.
